Australian International Development Network Panel on Afghanistan, featuring Partnership Coordinator Ali Reza Yunespour

The Australian International Development Network hosted an Afghanistan Briefing on Wednesday 4 August 2021 to hear from local and international experts on the unfolding situation in the country. We were joined by: Najeeba Wazefedost (Asia Pacific Network of Refugees), Dan Oakes (senior reporter with the ABC Investigations team), Ali Reza Yunespour (Partnership Coordinator, Afghanistan School Program, Indigo Foundation), Naomi Steer (Founding Director of Australians for UNHCR) and Nishank Motwani (Director of Research and Policy at ATR Consulting). The panel discussed the complexity of the situation and the work going being done on the ground.
