Introducing indigo’s new Chair of the Board

indigo foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Jo Pradela as our new Chair of the Board.

Jo brings extensive experience in gender equity and international development and more than 15 years of working across advocacy and strategy, She is currently Director of Knowledge Translation and Equality Insights at the International Women’s Development Agency (IWDA) and a founding member of the Australian Feminist Foreign Policy Coalition.

Jo has served on indigo’s board for the past year and brings a deep understanding of our partnership approach and guiding principles and has a strong commitment to strengthening civil society.

We also acknowledge Lyla Rogan, who steps down after eight years as Chair and nine years on the Board. Lyla’s dynamic, values-driven leadership has strengthened our long-term partnerships and expanded indigo’s reach and influence. Her contribution to our organisation — and to community-led development — has been extraordinary.
